As a technical writer, I have a passion for solving complex problems and creating helpful, informative guides by addressing customers' needs through documentation.

 

Based on acquired research and collaboration with subject matter experts, my experience enables me to provide simple explanations for complex technical subjects, as well as quality long-form technical content to guide and educate customers and personnel.

 

I have extensive experience collaborating with the United States government to create and implement technical manuals and procedures that adhere to governmental policies and guidelines.
